About Us
Irvin Enterprises started with a desire to do things a bit differently...
Daniel is very motivated and understands the emotional strain building puts on a client, that is why he and Cathy are always very upfront and honest, building trust and making it easier for their clients.
Daniel has has done it all, from building custom homes and multi family projects, to restaurants and other commercial buildings across the West. He has a unique perspective because of his time working in underground utilities and with a design-build firm on both residential and commercial projects prior to founding Irvin Enterprises.
Starting in 2008, when the recession hit, Irvin Enterprises understand how important a building investment can be. They also understand that it takes more than construction to make a great partner. Design, accounting, insurance and budgets are all handled with care by Cathy to make sure clients have what they want and need. Together they are able and willing to take on any project, whether it's ground up, an addition, or a remodel, the two of them make for a great team and offer the best service available.
